If you are using MS Internet Explorer 5:

You can install the Chinese (Traditional) Fonts from your IE5 setup disk, using "windows update". Or click to the 'view' menu, to 'encoding' and select the "Chinese (traditional) font"
 
 

If you are using MS Internet Explorer 4 there are 2 possible ways:

1. You can download the Chinese (Traditional) Fonts from Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 website (www.microsoft.com)

2. You can download NJWin (or other suitable Chinese interfaces) on www.njstar.com
 
 

If you are using Netscape browsers, the best thing is to download NJWin or other suitable Chinese interfaces eg. Twinbridge, UnionWay.
